The story I read this morning on the neighborhood site was that these guys were setting off test explosives at night out in the woods, which obviously got a lot of people's attention. I'm not sure where they were located in the Easley area, but if on the upper side in Pickens County I guess I could understand their lack of cognizance of reality.

That guy's house is in a neighborhood immediately adjacent to Baptist Medical Center Easley and not too far away from an elementary school. If he was testing around there I'm pretty sure he would have already been caught for it.

Chap, I have no idea where they were blowing things up, just that a number of people up that way were complaining about it on the Nextdoor app, and one woman mentioned that those were the guys. For all I know she was a neighbor of theirs, I didn't check.

Either way, if those dudes were testing explosives/pipe bombs for any purpose other than blowing up beaver dams, it's good to get them out of the area.

So when are you going to need that second scope?

I didn't get but a few deer hunts in this year, didn't get half my rifles zeroed in, and am still trying to get down to my brother's place to get some diving training. And the last time I had a tank on was back in college. He's been diving for years and has got his wife into it now. Life IS too short!
