Nothing overly special but it’s special to me. Grandads Marlin model 336 30-30, I put a leupold vx1 2x7-33 on it and it’s my new swamp gun. Thinking about putting a vx3 2-8 on it, it has quickly become my favorite rifle.

It does unfortunately, that’s the one thing I don’t like about it, it’s a newer model a 95 I think.

Beautiful afternoon in the woods. The older I get the less I reach for the rifle. Had 14 in the field and it was a good time following brown dots in the sea of white.

Love finding and hunting near these old stands. Guys were either stupid or brave back then. I'd hate to guess how high that thing is. I'd love to see some of the stuff it's seen
