It was zip tied to rebar driven into the ground. It also had straps to ground anchors that appear to have been cut.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-

I have good success using pop up blinds- had a big cowhorn and a few does stick their head in the window. Great at hiding movement and controlling scent. Just make sure the rifle barrel is out the window before shooting or you have ear plugs in if shooting through the screen.
Mine typically last 2 years and I change them out during the summer- I get the Ameristep cheapies.
Killed a timber rattler inside one, and had a turkey nest inside one.

Sat on the ground here this evening and was covered in deer the whole hunt, saw 5 over the course of an hour and a half.
A 5pt came in and bedded in the side of the road bed, got up about 20min later and started sparring with another small buck.

Let this basket 8 walk last night. He wanted to die real bad. Perfect symmetrical so i left him to breed. Acorns dropping here and he was already following a doe.

This may be the last season before I build a house here, but this is the stand view on my little 5 acre tract.

The Biologic has done well here.
