    Strip blind this afternoon.....

Strip blind this afternoon after I shot some rabbit eating vermin.....

The rabbit eating vermin was close and I was as far back as I could get in the blind because some Jackleg I let hunt here (Tot) broke my shooting stick. I backed up so I could use the second chair as a gun rest since it's 400 yds from end to end. After I shot the rabbit eating vermin I noticed the damage. I had shot through the wall and since it was frozen the blast obliterated the window flap

If ya look at that last picture you can see the bullet hole at the top and also the 6 pt feeding in the strip. He was there when I shot the vermin and he never left, just kept right on feeding.

I used to hunt on Bull Run Rd in the late 90's with a good friend of mine from work. You could go sit anywhere on the ground for an hour and kill a deer.

Definately some nice ground around Tom Patrick's but this is on the Wateree side of county.
