Too Easy

Went down to the southern coastal region Saturday night with the girl. I set a goal before we left that we were going to settle for the first one between 6ft and 9ft to get a good eater. Put the boat in at sunset and the boat was back on the trailer by 9:30.

Let the girl fight him on the rod for 20 minutes while I waited on him to surface to stick an arrow in his side. Fought him for 5 minutes with the line from the arrow and pulled him to the surface and she popped him in the head with the 9mm. Gaffed his bottom jaw, taped his mouth shut, tied his front legs behind his back and then pulled him in the boat.

I know its not huge but it is what i wanted. She had a blast and was the best help I could have asked for, even though she had to document every step on twitter. But it made for some cool pics.
