A 115 to 120 deer is a good deer for this state. That deer looks to be at least 3 and 1/2 if not 4 and 1/2. He has a big belly. That deer may get some more height but I don't think it will ever have the spread to be a book buck.

We had a deer like that two years ago that we let walk and it was shot last year as someone's first buck. It gained no more than an inch in height.
