    Default Dove Gun

I remember enjoying a similar thread last year. So what are you guys taking out to shoot on the opener? New toy, family heirloom, single shot to make it sporty...? I am taking a 1906 Remington model 11 that I picked up for next to nothing and fully refinished. The gun had a 28"fixed choke that was cut down to 26" sometime in its lifetime. The gun shoots well and has really grown on me. I will have my 20 gauge Citori in the truck for a backup. Just curious what you guys are carrying in the field.

Fox Sterlingworth, 16 Ga. double barrel. Was my grandfathers gun. If you can't shoot it , it's not worth anything to me.

Either my Citori Superlight in 20ga or my Lightning in 12.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
