Hide Tanning Color?

Im getting to the last phases of getting my gator hide tanned and finished but I'am stumped on a color to tan it! Anyone up for suggestions on a certain black or brown?

Nothing now, but the reason I'm having it tanned is if I wanted to make something out of it years down the road!

If I planned to make something of it (belt, knife cases, wallets, etc) I'd choose either black, rust brown, peanut, or cognac in the gloss finishes.

I vote peanut or italian gold. Peanut is my first choice.

These are the colors I have to select from. These are the tanning services that the taxidermist goes through! Check them out! I think I like the classic cognac!
