    People will argue the other way but ultimately it comes down to 1) what do you want the dog for? 2) which breed best suits your lifestyle? 3) get a breed that was bred to do what you want it to do. whether you get a lab, Chesapeake, or golden Make sure it is the breed you want not what someone else thinks is best. I had so many people tell
    Me to get a lab. Having had labs before I went back and forth but I sat down did my research and decided on a Chesapeake and have never regretted that decision.
