Since my inshore fishing trip was screwed up and was unable to go, I had to end my weekend on a good note. I have never cooked rips before,EVER, so I figured I'd use my grandpa's favorite rub and cooking recipe and try to cook some wild hog good eats. Also tried out his home made brown sugar baked beans as well. I have to say, it made my weekend end great.
I could pick the meat off by barely pulling it, it was damn good, thanks grandpa.
