    I think he is a young with a lot of potential. If I lived in an area where the hunting pressure is controlled or light, I would let him walk. Shoot a doe, instead.

    How old are those bucks?

    Kinda' hard to say if he's 2 or 3 this time of year, isn't it?

    I know we shouldn't go by the antlers but a spread outside of the ears generally speaking is 3, correct?

    Great bucks but he's a solid 3 year old. To each his own but I will say this, I let several bucks pass in 09 that were 3 1/2 to 4 1/2. Kept up with them and two are now at 7 1/2 and I am glad I let them grow to say the least.
