    Default lamb recipes

So me and the lil lady are doing some remodeling and needless to say the kitchen is way outta service for a while leaving mainly the grill to cook by. Any of you guys know of a decent way to grill some portions of lamb without getting too fancy as far as ingredients and prep? Looking to try something a bit different other than a burger or the standard grill norm.

Get some chops, soak in heavy herb and garlic oil for a few hours, salt and fresh cracked pepper. Grill to mid rare. Or you could marinate in Dale's, wrap in bacon, smear with mustard and fry..........

A rare lamb chop is one of my favorite things on this earth, please don't put mint jelly on them.

Lamb Loin chops w/ gorgonzola butter.

To make gorgonzola butter let butter come to room temp, and mix w/equal parts gorgonzola, wrap in saran wrap (to reshape it) and toss in freezer.

Marinate lamb in olive oil, garlic, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper, at least 2 hours in fridge, pull out the last 1/2 hour and let come to room temp. Place lamb on a hot grill, cook till medium rare. Place a pat of gorgonzola butter on top of each chop after done.

    Thanks me later...

Salt pepper, some lamb.... Cook it hot as fuck long enough to mark and take it off. Eat it from the blood to the bone.
