Listen to your elders. Not because they are always right but because they have more experiences of being wrong.

Good lord thats expensive. Anyone who would pay $400 just to have a head mount needs to be introduced to a sharp blade, an ant pile and a gallon of bleach.

Call Dennis Matherly, he's the gator guru in this state.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I burned all of my gear.

    Out of the business.

The real money is in the processing.

depends on what you want...taxidermy is expensive...getting the meat out and bagging it up in ready to eat pieces is about 3-4 hours of your life...plus diggin a hole to drop the carcass in....Skull is a month in a cooler of water, change it out every 10 days and add about 1/3 cup bleach each time....Do that in the back of a field...can smell strong when dumping water out...I can get a fellas number that does meat and head cheap but if you dont wanna fool with it, but if you want the premier package with an awesome trophy mount....cordrays is the way to go from what i seen
You can grow up to be just like me....

It cost me $4.50 a lb and I ended up with 170lb of tail and giles! SO BEST ADVICE DO IT YOURSELF OR CUT HIS TAIL AND HEAD OFF AND THROW THE REST OF HIM BACK INTO THE WATER!
