    You use liquid in the drip pan for a brisket? I haven't done one on the Orion yet.

    I need to find a "mild" rub mix. Everything I try lights up my wife so she fusses about the heat.

    Swampy, I have a rub recipe for you at home. Remind me and I'll get it to you tonight. You can always cut back on the cayenne in it, but it's not all that hot to begin with.
