Well, I normally find boat people and the computer nerds as the most helpful on here. You have some of the gun freaks that chime in too, but honestly I can handle that. Hmm, I forgot about the couple of truck people on here, they always seem or at least KRT seems to help.

I'm glad I didn't see this post last night, it could have kept me up. To be frank, I was drinking and watching Josey Wales. After that there was some play time so all and all a good night.

Most folks get tired of the same old question and will pass over threads like yours. Dees Tees is the paint guru but there are many on here who have tackled your same project and wrote detailed instructions based on there experiences. Hell, if you look hard enough you'll even find a YouTube video that Dees Tees posted showing you how to use the stencil and spray paint by yourself.
Search? That would take too much effort....... this instant gratification society just kills me!

Anybody know where any ducks are?

Find the dude on here that just sold a boat. Casey79Bronco or something like that.

I saw his work 1st hand and it looked good.

He actually had a post about painting his boat not too long ago.

Maybe using a whole lot, about 4 tubes a section should do, of loctite super glue or fast set gel will hold the stencil down
    For the ducks

    Pro tip-

Cut 2 yellow onions (regular NOT Vidalia or sweet) in half per foot of boat length. Rub the onions on all surfaces you plan to paint and allow to dry for 1 hour minimum before painting.

Truth be told there's really no reason to paint a boat camo anyway unless you're just trying to make it look cool to your own eyes. I'm sure when you go hunt it'll be layered in 200lbs of camo burlap, leaf-o-flage, and natural vegetation thereby covering up your beautiful camo finish and negating all your hard work. Why bother?
Living in Moncks Corner but looking forward to moving back to the West Coast in 2020 where there are more ducks and less duck hunters!! LOL

Biggie1976. You just lost all chances of getting hooked up with a conservation permit because of this thread.

Did you stop and think that maybe, just maybe, out of the 82 people who looked at your post, only 2 of them had ever painted a boat or knew how to answer you?

Dude, you're using stencils... it's like paint by numbers.

Also, at least give it a while before you start complaining. More people get on here during the week than the weekend.
