    Default Dear Verizon

    Quit talking about all the coverage, blah blah blah, bs etc. you have.

    How can I pass a cell tower, have full signal on one side, get a mile down the road on the other side and not have a bit of service.

    I am tired of dropped calls. Put up some more gotdamn towers or do something to fix the problem. Not everyone lives and works in a metropolitan area. If my requests are not met I will personally perform a 4G kick to each and every one of yall's codsacks. (You will be begging for a Chuck Norris roundhouse if you have ever witnessed the 4G kick to the codsatchel.)

    At&t is just as bad about that same shit...it drives me up a wall.

    Verizon is way better than any other cell company out there in my experience...

    AT&T Blackberry work phone and it ain't worth a shit... it drops calls in the office with an AT&T cell tower in the adjacent parking lot..

    They all suck in their own special ways. Alltel/Verizon has been the best of the companies I have been with so far as far as coverage and customer service.

    When you drop a call with Verizon call ##. It will give them the exact location of where you have service and they will compare it with others in the area. If its a.common problem it will be fixed. Thats what they told me in the store when i got my new droid so I'm unsure if this is true. Worth a shot tho

    Hell I have an air card and I get pretty good service during the day. At night, they must move the tower because my service is sporadic to say the least and the card is in the exact same spot it was during the day. Now my cell phone has been pretty good, it's the air card that pisses me off.

    providence, do you have an address of where you lost service? you can pull up tower locations on the interweb. not all towers are Verizon.

    I have sprint, and it didn't work worth a shit inside my house. I raised enough hell with em and they sent me an air rave by sprint. It's a close proximity mini cell tower. I'm sure other companies have them as well. You home workers check into it if your doesn't work at home.

    The problem may not really be the carrier, just the amount of folks using devices at a given time. I hear the 10G network is what they are creating now to help this. Of course, i know little to nothing about it, just what i heard from some folks that seem to know a while back.

    I have both sprint and verizon, and the service i get is pretty much the same except in WNC. Verizon is much better up there.
