    Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

    Last question should make it clear you are talking about migratory mallards (or big ducks) not some dang tamie. Because killing a limit of blackjacks is better than killing a tamie any day.

    Salty, sure you are, You taught me not to clock in and take Stephan home, and I learned fairly quick
