You would have to narrowly define "HELP OUT THE DUCKS".
DU has spent over a Billion conserving habitat and that hasn't done it.
Unless the extra money raised was earmarked for doing something NEW, I would say that it would just be another tax that we don't need...

What if DU had not spent that billion dollars on habitat - we might not be on this forum answering polls about waterfowl and waterfowl hunting!

I would gladly pay a little more if DU would do more to help out in sc to try to get more ducks to come down and stay here. Our local scwa is only interested in releasing tamies to allow a privilaged few the oppertunitie to shoot!
