    Doors open at 5:30.

    I hate that it is tonight. I will probably have a my two semi-professional oyster eaters in tow to clean up on the oysters.
    It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.

    KRT, you can get in for just the price of the dinner, ususally it's just $25. You just need to bring your DU membership card.

    This is the case if you are a member of another chapter (say for instance Lexington) and you attend another chapter's banquet.

    nice event. average turn-out. the ellison building is so big...but i bet they had 350-400 in the doors.

    the talent level was at an all-time high, imho. the raffle gals and bartenders had to compete with some of the attendees.

    did i mention i won a spotlight? i rock.

    I got a SCWA band at the silent raffle last night at the Waterfowl banquet... I am stoked!!!
    Now that gives me 5 on my lanyard....

    Did I hear that someone won a spotlight? Spotlights are more valuable than spinners these days. Are you sure I didn't win that damn thing? I enjoyed it as well. I guess I just got lucky and she seems to remind me of that often. The eye candy was very nice.
