    Default 2003 Silverado stalling

whenever I turn left or right. Most of the time I am hitting the brakes while turning. It will start back up fine but it gets aggravating. It won't do it a lot maybe once or twice a day. What could cause this?

    Its not this:

    Buying this:will correct the problem.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

My first thought as well. But, if it was fuel pump he would know more on start up then just randomly driving.

In any case to check fuel pump, when you turn your key to the click before the cranked position, listen and see if you hear the fuel pump priming.

Fuel pump, fuel pump , fuel pump!!!!! I could hear mine but would stall going up inclines. Would have never thought that was the issue until I changed it and no problems now.

Do you notice it idling rougher than normal. Normally you can craw around with a flash light on the top of the motor and inspect the black rubber hoses for holes/cracks.

Have you see gas prices? I can't afford it to fill it up. But it still does it at half of tank.

I'll go check out the hoses and see if there is a crack/leak anywhere.
