Default Wireless security key and PIN

Where/how do I find or recover these? Trying to hook my Blu Ray up so I can get Netflix. Been so long since I set up I have no clue what it is. Had it written down somewhere but that got lost in the shuffle. There's got to be a simple way. And no my old router does not have the "easy connect" button on it.

Might be a stupid question, but is it on the back of the router? On my wireless air card it's there and my girl friend has TWC and hers is on the back of her router.
