First Paella!!!

First time cooking Paella for me and damn if it didn't turn out purty damn good. Was pretty easy too. We used about 2 lbs of rice and the rest we just kinda added to flavor.

Pork
Chicken
Muscles
Clams
Shrimp
Chopped Onion
Sliced Red Pepper
Chicken Broth
Salt & Pepper
2 lbs rice (in a 22in pan)

Saute onions in hearty dose of olive oil, throw in the chicken, add pork shortly thereafter. Once that is just starting to get a little sheen, add the rice and get it good and coated in the oil. then add the chicken broth to fill pan about 3/4 full. Bring to a simmer, add shrimp, clams, and muscles and let reduce a bit. Add the red peppers as the rice is just getting done, shrimp should be pink and muscles and clams popped. Once peppers start to soften a bit, remove from grill, cover with tin foil and let sit for 15-20 min. Pull the foil and enjoy.
