I did kettlebell burpees yesterday for the first time.
All I can say is fuuuuck crossfit.

Accuracy (read here ninja-like) is one of the ten fitness domains of CrossFit. You shouldn't have even needed to look up to touch the target every time.
Took yesterday off due to lack of movement in my legs (Sore is understatement)... Planning on a long run on the beach today with some burpees to finish it all up. We will see how this goes.
