    We did 50 burpee power snatches at 95# not too long ago. That was damn awful.

    I did kettlebell burpees yesterday for the first time.



    All I can say is fuuuuck crossfit.

    Pfft. That's a load of bullshit.

    Accuracy (read here ninja-like) is one of the ten fitness domains of CrossFit. You shouldn't have even needed to look up to touch the target every time.

    Took yesterday off due to lack of movement in my legs (Sore is understatement)... Planning on a long run on the beach today with some burpees to finish it all up. We will see how this goes.

    I think my 11 yo will get him when he does it again next week. First thing this morning he asked if he could try again.
