    50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
    Walking Lunge, 50 steps
    50 Knees to elbows
    50 Push press, 45 pounds
    50 Back extensions
    50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
    50 Burpees
    50 Double unders

    Me: 27:39
    Wife: 36:17 (No burpees, no DU's)

    ummmm, yeah - last summer wife and I were on a cruise. We were out by the pool when they called for contestants for a push-up contest. The wife said "Go do that." I went. Got up on the stage and before I know what's going on, there is some chick that looked pretty close to that one on my back for the contest. Needless to say, the wife weren't too happy for a little bit.

    Most of these workouts arent for women, it seems! Especially one just starting the exercise portion! What is something for a beginner woman???

    BOC - women can most definitely do them - don't ever tell yourself anything different. My 39.5 week pregnant wife is still doing it. You just have to scale according to what you are able to do.

    Do push-ups on your knees - if you can't do 10, do 5. If you can't run 1/2 mile, fast walk and jog. If you can't do a box jump, step up... You'll be completely amazed at how quickly you'll start making progress.

    Do bodyweight squats, jump rope - the point is to just do what YOU can do.

    Thanks, DDD! I just need to start now that I have lost 24# & have kept it off! Time to incorporate some cardio! Great work for 39.5 week preggers, that is awesome!

    Pissed me off when some damn kid hollered at me from the other soccer field and told me to put my shirt back on. Little shit couldn't be any older than 10 or 11, that really made me push it just a little bit harder.
