    Curious do you complete each exercise in order listed breaking if needed whenever? Or can you mix the exercises?

    No partitioning. You go straight through in that order. Finish 100 reps of the first exercise before you move on to the next.

    Well of course not. Rest when needed but you have to finish the pull ups first.

    Take care to prep your hands prior to doing that many pullups or you are going to bleed all over the bar.

    At the end of the workout and your hands are bleeding from the pull ups someone is going to suggest that you use liquid Band-Aid or some similar product. DO NOT! These products are a form of torture and should only be used on towel heads.

    Not too much chalk. Chalk = friction and friction = either the bar tears or your hands tear.

    I just move my grip around a little - and keep the callouses shaved down.
