well 12-8-12 I was eating whatever and I had labs drawn
    248.8 lbs size 40 waist
    cholesterol was 159
    triglycerides 195
Blood Pressure High^ 140 and up over 100 and up.

As of today I am 95% Paleo
    235.1 lbs size 38 waist
down a total of 7 1/2 inches over whole body
    cholesterol 122
    triglycerides 68
    Blood Pressure 118/80

I have also lost a few more pounds. I am now down to 232.8
38 waist is a bit big on me now. And I am running almost a mile now, from not being able to run 100 yards. Have been off Lipitor for since getting the new results back. My next set of labs are May 15th. I will post when I get the results back.

Do you ever eat bread (any sort of grain), rice, white potatoes or sugar?

If so, how much as a percentage of your total diet?

I eat a little bread. I don't seek it but I don't shy away from it. I eat mostly lean meat. What is paleo's deal with grains? I am not asking as a negative connotation but from a point of ignorance about that. Where do your carbs come from? Your body is just going to break down the protein.
