You won't find many recipes on paleo site that do not call for sea salt......
Well keep it up if it is working for you.
Pre paleo 296lbs and BP 106/62....
Today, less than 1 year on paleo 208lbs and BP 108/ 68.....
Nothing wrong with that. Lipids good?
Lipids fine and dandy before Paleo at approx. 255lbs, then high end at 296lbs and perfect again now.
I did no more excercise than before from 3/1/11 til 1/24/11.....started crossfit 1/24/11. Might have lost 5lbs since starting. I really only weigh because it makes me laugh since it's so easy. 42W pants were tight then, I could easily wear 34W pants now since my 36's are so loose, but I'm sick and fucking tired of buying pants and it's about to get warm so who needs 'em anyway?

I still have probably 20 or so pounds of body fat that needs to go, but I doubt my weight will reflect that loss with the added muscle from the crossfit.

I sort of understand this answer but it's almost like a pineisland response...
So you were exercising 3/1/11 through 1/24/12? Then started crossfit?
You only weigh because it makes you laugh? What makes you laugh?
I think this is remarkable weight loss, just trying to understand what the hell you are saying...

I'm a surveyor....my work is excercise. I did nothing additional before 1/24/12 (not 11). Crossfit for almost a month now.
I laugh because it's too fucking easy. I eat delicious food, I eat all I want of it, whenever I want it and the fat just burns away......what's not to smile about?

Dex has to tiptoe to pick the lint out of what little belly button I have left so that's not a concern of mine

When combined, the diet and the work have a synergistic affect. One without the other only has marginal affects.
Get off the fucking couch, do the work, and figure this shit out for yourselves. Lazy bitches.
Your such a douche. That is all.
