    Default Hog Hunting with 20ga

    Anyone use a 20 gauge slug gun for hog hunting? How effective is it? What do you think my range would be?

    20 gauge slugs are becoming the thing for deer hunting. I do not see why they would not kill the snot out of the pigs... 150-175 yrds is probably gonna be the max. You can bet if one stepped out at 250 I would give it the ol' collage try.

    Only downfall is the price of slugs.
