M-crib Paleo meals...

So, I decided that my chickens were stockpiling eggs and that they were in my way, so I threw this together earlier in the week.

3egg omelet w/ some non-paleo grits (yes, I cheated, but at least I put jalapenos in 'em right? ), but that shit was jam-the-hell-up. Breakfast for supper =



Then, Morgan got a wild hair and wanted to try something off of Everydaypaleo.com.

This shit was GOOOOOOOD.... I'm eating the leftovers now. Sorry for the shitty pic, but just so you know that is: stuffed eggplant (venison burger, onions, bell peppers, sun dried tomatoes, basil, blah, blah, blah), sweet potato fries (baked), and some fresh lemon/garlic brocolli that roasted while the eggplant finished it's goodness in the oven.

100% Paleo, ninjas.
