Need some help to understand this. Was at(in) Boykin parade today and saw this on truck. Was going to put it on camera safari thread but think it may have more discussion than what thread may need. Some please help me to understand what this means!!!!!!!

To give him the benefit of the doubt, I am sure he means well. It is probably some type of Obama bashing. Maybe he needs to put some fine print on the bottem explaining exactly the point he is trying to get across. At first glance I would say he and I would not see eye to eye.
