So I think its about time I give in and see what all this bow hunting talk is about. I've never even shot a bow, much less own one, so I guess my first question would be what is a good/decent beginner bow that wont flatten my wallet?

mission bows call The Archery Shop in Summerville. He will help you get what you need. Only shop I will buy or get my bow worked on at. Ask for Bud
Ask about the Elite bows also. I love my Elite z28
alright, thanks guys . . Summerville is a pretty good ways away. . I was looking up those mission bows online and it said that Irby St. Sporting sells them . . I've been in there a few times but never really looked at the bows . . with the way money is right now it'll probably be a while before I can afford to get one, so I highly doubt I'll get to use one before the season goes out . . let me know if any of yall have any friends that are thinking about getting rid of a bow for cheap though please, and thank you
Call Bud and ask him if he has any used bows trust me it is worth the drive for the good service you will recieve.
I just tried that link JAB, its not working
Shhhh... don't tell anyone. They only pay to help keep the site up and running.
Oh, here's a linky link... http://www.watereearchery.com/anthonysarchery.htm
You've been up to Wateree before so Anthony's place shouldn't be that hard to find. Take a right as soon as you pass over Grannies Quarter Creek off of 97. It's not that far down the road.
The Archery Shop has tried to become a sponsor and did not recieve any feedback so I guess this site does not need the money.
