    Yes, it does. Especially considering:

    1. Replanting due to the late freeze

    2. Replanting a second time in a
    few low spots due to 4+ inch rain
    on 4/15/07

    3. Irregular rainfall

    4. Interest in the crop by non-target species
    That the Tiger's roar may echo.....
