Any of your guys collect any tree tags/property boundary tags? I always like to look for them when flagging lines out in the woods and have found one tag that is about 40 years old or thats when the company went out of business. Anybody have any interesting finds?

I'm a fan of the GMA diamonds with the state on 'em in black.

I got a box full and a sheet of plywood covered with my favorites.

my older ones (40+ years) are Continental Can, IP, Champion, and a really old USFS sign.

I had another 25 or 30 I gave away years ago to my old room mate.

I have several Federal Paper Board signs. No clue as to when they started up with them.

I agree on the paint Cut em' it lasts a whole heck of a lot longer, but we're just too damn poor, gotta cut yard trees to pay for the flagging

I like em too. I got several of Fed Paper tags and a few Continental Can tags. A buddy of mine's dad in Clinton has all of the CCC tags and all of the Fed tags after their buyout. He quit when IP bought Fed, his little rebellion against IP.
