I don't think he made it to the games. He finished 11th in regionals, if i remember correctly. Hell of alot better than I could do.

You Crossfitters get made fun of enough, so there is no sense in taking a shot at y'all tonight.

Speak up if you've got something to say. It's a workout that I thoroughly enjoy. I am not as addicted as some. There are days that I have to drag myself out of bed to go, but I have dropped 25 lbs in 2 months and am back in the kind of shape I was in playing sports.
Everyone has opinions but don't really know what there is to make fun of. It is a workout routine. There are some that are way more serious about it than others. The 6am class has 1 or 2 crossfit junkies and the rest of us are 8-5 common folk that enjoy the competitiveness and push from the workout.

Easy killer, I was just noticing that Fish got into it a little while ago with some other nay-sayers. I personally don't have a problem with anything that gets people doing some sort of physical activity no matter what it is. I did Crossfit for a little while, but didn't really get much out of it. I tend to stick to the Strom at USC. Make Fran your bitch!
