Is anyone following these home WODs I am posting? If so, great and I will continue to do it. If not then I won't bother.
Anyone?
Beuller?

Roger that. If I go all XFit lingo on you without explaining, please feel free to call my ass out on it.
Thanks for responding and let me know what you think of the WODs. Also it will help with programming to know what kind/and when you aquire equipment like a jump rope, kettle bell, medicine ball, etc.
Word.
I've got nothing, but will work on that soon. Work's killing me, but the grass is about to slow down, so I'll have some time in the evenings to get some other shit done.
By the way, is there a website or something that I can reference (I can't see YouTube at work and don't have innerwebs at the barn) for explanation of each activity?
Yes Glenn, keep posting. We alternate nights at the gym since the kids have activities now and I've been using the WOD's you're posting on the nights I don't go to the gym.
Or stop, and I'll go back to drinking beer.....

Someone posted one somewhere that included a massive superset of 20 deadlifts, 20 powercleans, 20 jumpshrugs, 20bentover rows, and 20 straightlegs.
We did that on, - the straigt legs today for back. did 4 rounds then finished up with 1 arm rows, and a hammerstrength machine.
It was heck on the ole lungs. Not sure about the back. Will let you know in a few days. Sometimes I find that doing these monster supersets, the juice aint worth the squeeze ....don't really get sore from it.
i would do what i could in the office. 5 gallon buckets of rock equals about 70 pounds. 2 5 gallon buckets of rock with lids side by side make good box jumps.
Nice tip Chuck and way to improvise. I have put my hitch haul on my truck and used it for box jumps before. I have also used a full propane tank as a kettle bell.
Tater needs to post the pictures of his home made medicine ball!
Keep on keeping on Glenn.
I may call it Cult Fit but I may come out of the closet on it before long.
