    .....of the Grok/paleo/primal/whateverthehell diet.

    Im sitting at my desk, eating an almost raw piece of sirloin steak with my bare hands. I like it so far.

    This, for some reason, just gets funnier every time somebody brings it up. I was digging through the freezer looking for duck breasts last week, and picked up a turkey breast. I just busted out laughing. Couldnt help it.....

    funny enough - I was slicing up a turkey breast on the counter this weekend after I had just looked at a post with BB's beast in it and I couldn't stop laughing long enough to try to explain to the wifey what was so funny.... She didn't find the story all that amusing until she saw a pic of the beast, then she got the visual that words would not relay.
