25 Spiderman Push-ups
25 Dips
60 Second Plank Hold
Run 1/2 mile
Didn't time these rounds as it was the first time we did bear complexes and I wanted to be able to focus on form but it was a hell of a workout. Total workout took about 38 minutes. Wife renamed bear complexes - she calls them "Worst than burpees"
