    Xspecially that damn clown... after today he owes me a T shirt and a little girl on a bicycle her innocence.

    I was doing the run and puke, run and puke thing on the last 1/2 mile. The look on the little girls face was priceless. I'm a sick individual.

    If she would have heard the things that came out of my mouth after I finished that WOD (most every WOD I do actually), her ears would have atrophied and died - she'd be on permanent disability at the age of 5.

    I find screaming "MotherFUCKER!" adds extra motivation when doing something that really sucks!

    Luckly, back when I worked out at a CF gym, my class was usually all male so extra motivation abounded.

    I'm about to get a new place on the other side of town that is close to a gym, I'm excited about getting back in a CF gym.

    "Modified 300"

    For Time:

    6 rounds:

    50 burpees
    50 pushups
    50 box jumps (24")
    50 man makers (30lb dumbells)
    50 speed skaters
    50 plank to push ups

    Finish up with a 1 mile run

    1:37 - I must admit that my last 2 rounds were only 25 of each.... This is the 3rd time I've attempted this one, I've yet to finish as Rx, but I'm getting closer every time. Wife did rounds of 25 the whole time and stopped after 3.5 rounds. You still got that spare room ready? I've decided to save bear complexes until Monday. I showed them to her last night. Her response "I'll have to wear my big girl panties that day, but bring it on..."

    We can't program much that will go over 45 min. We start warm ups on the hour and start the WOD at 15 after at the latest.

    I'd rather do Murph or Eva than that shit you posted up there. No thanks. LOL

    You ought to come up and join us for the 9/11 throwdown for the 10th anniversary WOD. That is going to be a hum-dingah of a WOD.
