Walk 15 steps fast back to your chair and take a seat slowly
Eat sandwich while flipping through TV
Get back up becuase you forgot your drink
Walk back to chair and sit down again
Wait 45 mins then run 25 steps to the john.
Flush twice and wash hands once
Get wife/gf to put a cooler full of ice cold natty then
Go back to chair and sit for the rest of the afternoon
Fixed it for ya.
