I'm in. Someone start the damn clock.

Here's one for you duck, since you like sprinting and burpees so much.

30 back squats at 95# - better be unbroken too, bitch.
    sprint 100 meters
    30 push press at 95#
    sprint 100 meters
    30 burpees
    sprint 100 meters
    30 sdhp's with 53# kettle bell
    run 400 meters

There ain't no breaks. I did that one yestidy in 14 minutes. It was a gasser.

    Fish,
When you going? Yesterday sucked. Didnt make it for today. Hate the overhead squats. It's the most unnatural movement.

I'll be there this afternoon at 6:00 pm.

I FUCKING hate em too, but that's what its all about for me. Facing the shit that sucks keeps me coming back for more. Right now, my shoulder is some kinda jacked up, so OHS's are out. Something is stretched or pulled or just plain ol ripped out under my collar bone and its killing me.

Preemptively, shut the fuck up, Glenn.

What time do you usually go?

    Better bring your lunch, hammernuts.

In all seriousness, I'm terrible at running and worse when its part of a WOD like this. I left the door to finish the 400 meters and the clock wasn't even at 12 minutes yet. It took me over two minutes to finish that shit.

I hate running. If not for Crossfit, I would never run. RXed this one yesterday and was pretty happy with myself.

EMOTM for 10 minutes per exercise:
    2 deadlifts @ 315
    3 squat cleans @ 185
    4 ground to overhead @ 135

Crossfit is the best decision I have ever made in regards to my health, both mental and physical.

Agree completely with that. Started 2 months ago doing crossfit and modified paleo. Dropped 23lbs and feel 100x better. I used to crash right around lunch everyday. Now I am getting up at 5:30 and can go strong til 10 at night.

    This morning's workout:

    150 Squat Jumps
    150 Pushups
    150 Wallballs

Every 60 seconds run 1/4 mile

So you start off with your squat jumps - do as many as you can in 60 seconds then run 1/4 mile, come back and do as many as you can for 60 sec until you complete everything.

Finish off with a 10 minute run - first 5 minutes run at a steady pace, 2nd five, sprint 30 sec, walk 30 seconds.
