Are you looking to conceal the camera? Why only a certain time.....

I think Scoutguards have a timed setting although I've never used it.

My dad a problem with some of his tools missing and is trying to find a cheaper way to catch or atleast deter the people from taking the stuff. So it needs to be able to be set to come on after the workers have left for the day. Also he has a problem with people using the pool at the house when he leaves town.
