According to the cops, Clowney “fit the description” of a robber alleged to be carrying a firearm. The following day at USC’s spring practice, head coach Steve Spurrier invited the City of Columbia’s police chief to handcuff and frisk him in front of the local media in an effort to downplay the incident."
