If nuisance conduct is the charge, there's a crowd of delusional taters running around here that need to be rounded up and booked.
Not even the coaches can stay out of trouble.
Um, traffic court.
I am sure most of you drive the speed limit where ever you go.

From the Greenville Municipal Code
Sec. 24-212. - Assembly of disorderly persons; persons creating public nuisance.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any owner, proprietor or person in control to permit persons acting in a disorderly manner or creating a public nuisance to assemble in his house or room or premises, or for any person to willfully encourage such in the immediate vicinity of any business premises, to the disturbance of neighbors or persons passing by or near such house or room or premises or in the immediate vicinity.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person or the owner or occupant of any premises to conduct himself so as to become a nuisance to the neighborhood or persons passing by or near the premises, whether such conduct occurs in, on or in the immediate vicinity of such house, room or premises, or in the public right-of-way. Whenever such person so conducting himself shall be reported to the municipal judge by any police officer, the municipal judge may cause a warrant to be issued.
(c)
For the purposes of subsections (a) and (b) of this section, a nuisance is anything that causes hurt, inconvenience or damage to another, and the fact that the act done may otherwise be lawful shall not keep it from being a nuisance. The inconvenience complained of shall not be fanciful, or such as would affect only one of fastidious taste, but it shall be such as would affect an ordinary, reasonable person.
****others for nuisance involved prostitution and I'm sure with a porn-stache like that he would never have to pay.
"persons creating public nuisance."
Maybe dem taters had him locked up. He's damn sure been a nuisance to them for the last two years.
Is "Nuisance Conduct" the same as "Public Disorderly Conduct"? Guess we know where Garcia's been getting his mentoring.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Clemson Coach Arrested for Assaulting Daughters
William
Clemson (WLTX) - The head soccer coach of Clemson University has been arrested, after authorities say he physically assaulted his own daughters.
Chief Jimmy Dixon of the Clemson Police Department says that around 2:30 Saturday morning, police received a call concerning loud screams and a fight on Catawbah Road. On arrival, police say they found 48-year-old William Trevor Adair and a few others, on the front lawn of Adair's home.
Authorities say an investigation revealed that Adair had been arguing with members of his family, and found out he had assaulted his two daughters.
He was arrested and charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, however, was released from jail on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond.
Adair has been Clemson's head soccer coach since 1994, he is also the former assistant coach for the University of South Carolina soccer team.
