Default Some People Just Look And Act Dumb...

    ...but they aren't.

    Dolph Lundgren

Lundgren was born in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1957. In his teenage years he also tried judo, Gōjū-ryū and took up Kyokushin karate. Lundgren now holds the rank of 3rd dan black belt in Kyokushin. He won the European championships in 1980 and 1981 as well as a heavyweight tournament in Australia in 1982. He was also captain of the Swedish Kyokushin karate team, and was a formidable challenger at the 1979 World Open Tournament (arranged by the Kyokushin Karate Organization) when he was only a green belt.

He graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology. He has a master's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Sydney (1982). He was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1983, but he quit after two weeks to pursue acting. He speaks Swedish, English, Spanish, some German, some French, some Japanese, and some Italian.

Lundgren completed his mandatory military service in Sweden at the Amphibious Ranger School. During his service at the elite marine unit (Kustjägarna), he suffered an injury which had him reassigned and separated from his unit.

Well known for his tall stature and level of fitness, at peak, Lundgren stood at 196 centimetres (6 ft 5 in) and weighed 111.5 kilograms (245 lb 13 oz).

The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.

Dexter Holland, lead singer of The Offspring.

Holland was the class valedictorian at Pacifica High School in Garden Grove, California and was a Ph.D. candidate in Molecular Biology from the University of Southern California; however, he abandoned his Ph.D. in favor of focusing on The Offspring. He has a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Molecular Biology, both from the University of Southern California.
Dexter's interests include surfing, snowboarding and aviation. According to an interview he gave Adam Carolla, he owns an Aero L-39 Albatross Trainer. He also owns a Cessna 525A CitationJet 2, tail number N7715X, with the anarchy symbol on the tail.
Dexter Holland is also the nephew of cult horror director Tom Holland.
Holland married hairstylist Kristine Luna, who co-wrote the Offspring song "Session", on August 12, 1995.
Holland is also a licensed Airline Transport Pilot and as of April 2009, a Certified Flight Instructor who has made a solo trip around the world in ten days.
He also participated in the 2006 Los Angeles Marathon; his charity of choice was the Innocence Project, a non-profit legal clinic that handles legal cases where post-conviction DNA testing of evidence can yield conclusive proof of innocence.
Holland has his own brand of hot sauce, Gringo Bandito. According to the Los Angeles Times, the Hot Sauce is bottled in a Newport Beach facility that distributes 500 gallons a month. Holland says that Albertsons has started carrying his hot sauce, which he reports is "huge for us".
