    Congratulations to Chris Darby, aka "HRC Dogs" on this forum, for his appointment to become the new HRC Region 4 Regional Representative. Chris has served as the Regions Running Rules Committee person for the last few years and is well respected for his knowledge and experience within HRC. He will do a great job in this high paying position. Thanks for all you do for the sport, Chris.
