    Default More Rabbits

    We turned 11 head of beagles loose in some planted pines on Saturday. Not a bad day. We jumped 14, brought 12 to the house, and ran the other two into holes. The dogs ran great, despite the 20mph winds. We shot them "for the meat." Rabbit makes a fine meal.

    Course we got a wabbit sheriff that likes to stop by every once in awhile.

    Ha. I probably was. There's been a mess of rabbit fried in there. We had the Huffstetler clan together for this hunt. We hunted some land that we have access to in Newberry. We're going to hit another piece of the same property in a few weeks. I'll holler at you if you're interested in going?
