This is the guy that shot a cop in Alaska.
I was reading where on man said this guy came to his house to work on a hot water heater. He said the guy did a great job. When they were talking the guy told him he's really screwed up when he got those tattoos years before. He said now he has a hard time finding a job and wishes he'd never gotten the tattoos.
