    Where's all the dead duck reports?? Cold weather push em all out? To cold for everyone to scout this past week? Whats the deal?

    There were pile's of ducks at the opener people were posting pictures of, then we get the weather everyone bitches about wanting, and now no one's killing any birds..... Strange....

    My group killed 7 woodies on a big pond and the other fellers with us killed 17 in a smaller pond a little ways up from us. It was some tough shootin with the overcast and low light.

    HC, I agree. We ask for this "ducky weather" then realize its not conducive to keeping birds here. Where I hunted was thick with ducks in the opener, but this morning... gone! They're gone.
