May need some advice and help through this. Started crossfitt today. Ran the mud run on Saturday and realized how out of shape I am in so in sparked a desire to workout.
The website said today was a rest today so I started with a scaled down version of yesterdays WOD which was
Five rounds for time of:
25-45 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
10 push-ups (Progressions okay)
finished in 12 minutes and 47 secs. Hurt like hell and driving home was difficult.
I may need some help figuring out what some of the crossfitt language means. There is no gym here so I am going it on my own. Any advice?
