    Default 13ft 0in and 685lbs

Tealkiller's dad laid this gator to rest yesterday! He made a few good attempts to get away but we managed to bring him home. We have a bunch of tags left but not much time. I hope we can keep up our pace.

The "fun" is definitely over the second that stinking thing is dead.

Apparently if you don't own a tractor you shouldn't apply for gator tags.

you damn right.... ive only killed three "big ones" and i aint got a tractor.... the big one from last year took 8 guys just to get it out the boat.... and we almost didnt get it out.

a tractor woulda come in handy fo sho.

FWIW, dont go killing a couple of big'uns on the same night and expect to haul them home in your boat.

Shit will burn your bearings up, and flatten your leaf springs.

6x10 Lawnmower trailer backed down in the water and load the gator like a boat. it makes light work and when we get home the Kubota comes out to weigh them and to move them around. I dont need anymore excuses for my back to hurt than I already have.
